2. Services offered

BuyFollowers offers social media growth and engagement services, including but not limited to: followers, likes, comments, views, subscribers, plays, and other engagement services for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, Spotify, Telegram, Twitch, and LinkedIn.

The services are digital and intangible in nature. We do not sell social media accounts nor access user accounts. We only need the public URL of the profile or post.

3. Purchase process

  1. The user selects the desired service and quantity.
  2. Enters the target URL (profile or post).
  3. Completes billing details (name, email, country).
  4. Accepts these Terms and Conditions.
  5. Makes payment through the secure payment gateway.
  6. Receives order confirmation by email.

No account creation is required to place an order. The data provided is used exclusively to manage the order and related communications.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices displayed on the Website are in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes. VAT (where applicable) is calculated and displayed during the checkout process before confirming the order.

5. Payment methods

Payments are processed through Cardinity, a regulated payment gateway based in the European Union, compliant with PCI DSS security standards. We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

BuyFollowers does not store banking or credit card data. All payment information is managed directly by Cardinity.

6. Service delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicated for each product and vary depending on the service, generally between 0 and 15 days. Delivery is carried out gradually to simulate natural and safe growth.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on availability and platform. In case of significant delay, we will contact the customer to inform them of their order status.

7. Guarantee and replacement

We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery. If during this period there is a drop in the number of followers, likes, or other delivered services, we will replace them at no additional cost.

The guarantee does not cover drops caused by user actions (content deletion, account configuration changes, or violation of platform rules).

8. Refund policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of our services, the right of withdrawal does not apply once service delivery has begun.

However, a full or partial refund will be granted when:

  • The service has not started delivery within 72 hours of payment.
  • The delivered service is substantially less than what was ordered.
  • There is a technical error preventing service delivery.

To request a refund, contact our support at contact@buyfollowers.comwith your order number and the reason for the request.

9. User responsibility

The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
  • Enter correct and publicly accessible URLs.
  • Not use our services for illegal purposes or in violation of platform terms of service.
  • Assume responsibility for the use made of the contracted services.

10. Limitation of liability

BuyFollowers is not responsible for decisions that social media platforms may make regarding user accounts (suspensions, follower removal, algorithm changes, etc.). Our services are offered "as is" and we do not guarantee specific results in terms of organic engagement, monetization, or reach.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (text, images, logos, design, source code) is the property of BuyFollowers or its legitimate owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
